PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project was initiated by the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice and encompasses the design and construction of a 52,222 square foot, single story, dorm facility for 120 residents. Components of the facility include a School/Gym (14,362 SF); Food Services (4,630 SF); Maintenance (2,304 SF); Administrative Areas (13,616); and Housing (17,310). The new detention center replaces an existing, outdated facility with security levels ranging from Medium to High.
