PROJECT DESCRIPTION

IPG was responsible for Phases I, II, and III of The Links Apartments, a 184 unit "Gated Community" located in Valdosta, Georgia. The complex includes 17 two-story buildings each containing 8 unit 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with sunrooms and utility hook-ups. In addition, there are two buildings containing 24 1-bedroom unit apartments. The complex includes garages on site, a leasing office with an exercise room, a pool, and spa area.
