PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is a 28,335 SF new facility based on the Medium Standard Building Design including site investigation, design, and construction documents. IPG provided the design and architectural floor plans reflecting project-specific requirements for the site and building with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans to reflect local HVAC design conditions and the current requirements for the Criminal Investigative Office, workroom and retail security cameras and systems. IPG provided preparation of a site plan indicating ingress and egress drives, accel and decel lanes, and parking areas for customers, employees, and official vehicles meeting USPS "Standards for Facility Accessibility by the Physically Handicapped."
