PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This new Elementary School for 750 students is located in Bainbridge, Georgia. The Core Area of the school is designed for 1,000 FTE. While the classrooms provide for 750 FTE, the school can add another 250 FTE and the current core will accommodate the additional students. The Gymnasium and Lunchroom Areas are uniquely designed to be used after school. These areas have their own toilet bank and those using these areas after school do not have access into the main portion of the school. Entry into the school is through a secure point with public restrooms. Parents and Faculty enter the building at the front entry, while a loop to the back of the building provides access for buses and after school activities. On sunny days, buses have designated bus parking. On rainy days, buses line up beside a covered canopy.
